An 18 y/o kid video tapes a traffic stop in Carlisle PA and is charged with a felony wiretapping charge. When did it becoming illegal to record the actions of the police on public streets? I don’t fear many things but I am afraid of the changing face of freedom in America. It should NOT be illegal to record the actions of the police. American’s (and for that fact all people) have the right to oversee and share the actions of their government.
